Disclaimer on Refunds
Dragon Nous Group – a brand of Schumacher-Recruiting, Project/Sales – strives for the highest quality in all digital and physical products.
Despite the utmost care, the following applies:
1. No right of return for digital products:
Once digital content (e.g., business plans, coaching documents, individual PDF files, or AI-based services such as Nousa-Sophia) has been made available or downloaded, refunds are excluded. This is in accordance with §356 (5) BGB, as the right of withdrawal expires once execution has begun.
2. No liability for subjective satisfaction:
The use of digital products, and in particular of Nousa-Sophia, is the sole responsibility of the user. Refunds cannot be granted if the content does not meet the user’s personal expectations, belief systems, or emotional reactions.
3. Return of physical products (books):
Printed books shipped via our partner Books on Demand (BoD) may be returned within the statutory period (14-day right of withdrawal). In this case, the return and its costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be issued for undamaged and timely returns.
4. Technical errors and service outages:
In the event of technical disruptions, faulty downloads, or the temporary unavailability of digital content, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, this does not establish a general right to a refund.
5. No claim to availability or permanent functionality:
In particular, AI-based support through Nousa-Sophia is subject to technical conditions and third-party infrastructures. Temporary outages or deviations in response quality do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refund Policy – The Basics
§1 Return of Digital Content
Digital products such as downloadable PDF files (e.g., business plans, coaching materials) as well as AI-supported services (e.g., interaction with Nousa-Sophia) are excluded from withdrawal.
According to §356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal for digital content expires once the execution of the contract has begun and the customer has explicitly agreed to waive the right of withdrawal upon commencement.
Please note: Once a download has started, access has been activated, or an individual coaching session has begun, refunds are excluded.
§2 Return of Physical Products (Books)
Printed books shipped via our partner Books on Demand (BoD) may be returned within 14 days without giving reasons. Returns are only possible if:

the product is undamaged, unread, and in its original packaging,

the return shipment is made by the customer, and
-
a written withdrawal notice is sent by email to info@dragonnous.com.
After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method used.
§3 Exclusion Grounds for Refunds
Refunds are particularly excluded in the following cases:

digital services that have already begun or been fully performed,
-
individually created coaching or business documents,
-
already activated AI dialogue functions (e.g., Nousa-Sophia),
-
misuse, such as repeated mass download attempts or manipulation attempts,
-
damaged or obviously used books.
§4 Refund Procedure

Send your refund request to info@dragonnous.com, including the product, purchase date, and a brief explanation.

We will review your request within 5 business days.

If approved, you will receive a confirmation and, if applicable, a return label.

Refunds will only be made via the original payment method used

Please note that the deadline for returning physical products is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. For digital products, the deadline begins with the activation or provision of the content.
