the permanent availability of shipping options,
the error-free technical delivery of digital content,
or the timely delivery of physical products by external service providers (e.g., DHL, Printful, Book-on-Demand).

Responsibility for the shipment of physical products lies – after handover – with the respective shipping companies. Delays caused by force majeure, supply shortages, customs delays, or external technical disruptions are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for claims for damages.

For digital products (PDFs, downloads, emails, AI-generated content), Dragon Nous Group is not liable for potential technical transmission errors, compatibility issues, or data losses on the user’s side.

Please note that individual coaching or business documents based on AI-supported interaction are intended solely for personal and entrepreneurial inspiration – without any guarantee of success or implementation.

We reserve the right to adjust our shipping methods, product availability, and digital delivery channels at any time.

will be made available to you automatically via email or a download link immediately after payment.

Shipping of Digital Products

Shipping of Physical Products (e.g., Book Shipping)

If you order a physical product (e.g., a printed book or print-on-demand item), the following conditions apply:

Worldwide shipping available (delivery time depending on region)

Germany: flat rate €4.90
EU: flat rate €8.90
Worldwide: on request or displayed at checkout

📦 Shipping providers: DHL, Deutsche Post, Printful, or other reliable partners

📦 Tracking: A tracking link (if available) will be sent to you by email.

Special Notes on Print-on-Demand Products

For certain products (e.g., printing via Book-on-Demand or printing partners), production will only begin after payment has been received. As a result, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Returns are only possible for individually printed works in the event of production defects (see Cancellation and Returns).

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will contact you immediately. Any return shipping costs and reshipment charges may, in such cases, be borne by you.
