Responsibility for the shipment of physical products lies – after handover – with the respective shipping companies. Delays caused by force majeure, supply shortages, customs delays, or external technical disruptions are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for claims for damages.
For digital products (PDFs, downloads, emails, AI-generated content), Dragon Nous Group is not liable for potential technical transmission errors, compatibility issues, or data losses on the user’s side.
Please note that individual coaching or business documents based on AI-supported interaction are intended solely for personal and entrepreneurial inspiration – without any guarantee of success or implementation.

Special Notes on Print-on-Demand Products
For certain products (e.g., printing via Book-on-Demand or printing partners), production will only begin after payment has been received. As a result, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Returns are only possible for individually printed works in the event of production defects (see Cancellation and Returns).
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will contact you immediately. Any return shipping costs and reshipment charges may, in such cases, be borne by you.
