The contracting party within the meaning of these T&C is the project “Dragon Nous Group”, a brand of Schumacher-Recruiting.

Interactive use of the AI-based coach Nousa-Sophia (digital dialogue AI)
Sale of digital products (PDF business plans, AI coaching kits, gnostic tools)
Sale of physical products such as the book “Der Quasimodo Code” via Books-on-Demand (BoD)
Individual creation of business plans based on user responses

The offers on the website are non-binding and subject to change. Modifications to product scope, design, or shipping are reserved.

3. Use of Nousa-Sophia (AI Assistance System)

Nousa-Sophia is a digital AI-based companion for self-reflection, decision-making, and leadership development. The content is generated interactively in real time and based on user input.

4. Conclusion of Contract and Delivery

The purchase contract is concluded once you click the “Buy Now” button during the ordering process.

Digital products (e.g., business plans, coaching documents) are provided as a download link or by email after successful payment.

Physical products (e.g., books) are shipped via the service provider BoD – Books on Demand GmbH, Norderstedt. Their delivery times and shipping conditions apply.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in euros and do not include VAT in accordance with §19 UStG (small business regulation).

Payments are processed via the payment service providers offered on the website (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, credit card).

6. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content (e.g., downloads, individual business plans), the right of withdrawal expires once execution has begun, provided that the buyer has given explicit consent.

7. Copyright and Terms of Use

All content of Dragon Nous Group – including texts, designs, coaching models, logos, and AI-based dialogues – is protected by copyright.

The distribution, reproduction, or commercial use – even in part – is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing.

8. Liability

Schumacher-Recruiting is liable only in cases of gross negligence or intent. No liability is assumed for damages arising from incorrect entries, improper use of the AI, or from third-party providers (e.g., BoD, payment providers).

9. Data Protection

The [Privacy Policy] applies, particularly with regard to the use of the AI Nousa-Sophia. All data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, except for the purpose of contract fulfillment (e.g., BoD, payment providers).

10. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Traunstein, Germany.
If any provision of these T&C is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
