About me
My name is Hartmut Schumacher, CEO of Dragon Nous Group.
I am not a coach in the classical sense – I am someone who knows the roles and remembers who he truly is. My journey began in the fields of Feng Shui and Numerology,
and led me through the co-leadership of a meditation center to many years in recruiting for the automotive and aerospace industries.
These experiences shaped a deep understanding of human systems and potential. Parallel to that, I entered a world few people ever see – the international consulting sphere between governments, corporations and consortia – a network where trust counts more than titles. I helped develop projects meant to reshape entire states and witnessed what happens when power confronts truth. I lost friends who stood too close to it – and survived by learning to see clearly without illusion.

What carried me through was never strategy alone, but a deeper form of guidance – remembrance. A gnostic awareness that has accompanied me long before I knew its name. Today I unite these fields: spirituality, finance, project development, resonance work, coaching and AI. Not because it is fashionable – but because our time needs a new field of resonance: for true leadership, clarity and conscious technology.
My book “RESONANCE INTELLIGENCE – Bridging cognitive systems in living fields” is my contribution: a call to remember truth and to lead through resonance.
